About the role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help design and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions across our Fleet business. You’ll focus on detailed solution design and technical architecture within specific domains such as consumer-facing applications, payment systems, card issuing EV, ORS and Fuels transactions processing services.
This role is ideal for an experienced Architect who brings robust hands-on expertise, thrives in delivery-focused environments and is ready to take ownership of solutions for focused projects or components within larger products/programmes. You will work closely with technical leads, and delivery teams to turn business needs into robust digital solutions.
Role Purpose
The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for translating business requirements, architectural direction and capability roadmaps into implementable solution designs.
Working under the guidance of the Lead Solution Architect,



the role supports the delivery of strategic initiatives by producing solution architectures, technical designs and architecture artefacts that align with established standards, target architecture and domain principles.
The role acts as the primary architecture partner for delivery teams, supporting feature development, major initiatives, integrations, technology modernisation activities and cross-system design challenges across a global product landscape.
The role is key in enablement and acceleration of the delivery through high-quality architecture execution and design leadership.
