Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator to provide production, operational, and automation support for the Marketing team. This role goes beyond executing from approved templates: the ideal candidate can design, build, and maintain automated workflows across our marketing tech stack, reducing manual work, scaling content production, and improving reporting accuracy. This person will work closely with the Director of Marketing to identify where AI and automation tools can replace repetitive manual processes, while still executing day-to-day campaign production, asset management, reporting, and quality assurance.
Primary Responsibilities




• Design and maintain automated workflows across our tech stack, for example, Airtable-driven blog automation that publishes customized advisor content to our Duda website platform.
• Build and manage automations in Zapier or n8n to connect marketing tools and reduce manual handoffs.
• Set up and manage automated design production in Canva (templated, at-scale asset generation).
• Support project and workflow tracking in Smartsheet.
• Use GitHub, Claude Cowork, Supabase, and Vercel to support and maintain internal marketing tools and dashboards.
• Apply ChatGPT, Codex, and other AI tools responsibly to streamline content production, QA, and reporting, without wasting tokens or creating unnecessary accounts/tool sprawl.
