KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Coordinate with System Maintenance Consultant, Centre of Excellence, OMP team, Data engineers and SAP Development teams to resolve the planning related issues withing the SLA target timelines.
• Lead development, testing and cutover of any future enhancements and projects related to Planning.
• Manage complex system configurations to meet evolving business needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead OMP PAK deployment activities, including defining testing requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion for the Plan Product team.




• Proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of support.
• Develop close partnership with business users to gain a deep understanding of needs and align priorities.
• Rotational off-hour support.
• Support day-to-day Run activities.
• Provide extended hour production support based on the monthly rotation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Full Time graduation from an accredited university.
Experience: 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system.
Technical Skills:
Experience with OMP planning system in any module.
Positive understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.)
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, (understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions) IT teams and external v
