Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Cloud AI / Agentic AI Developer to join State Street’s AML Transformation Program. The candidate will work closely with technical and business teams based in India/US/Canada, using agile delivery methods to develop technology solutions for AML transaction monitoring and other compliance programs.
What you will be responsible for:
Develop Agentic AI applications using Python and related programming languages.
Design and implement AI and ML-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from development through production rollout.
Work effectively in a multi-location agile environment, collaborating closely with business and technology teams.
Follow established application development, data engineering, performance, and security standards.

Strong hands-on experience in large-scale, multi-tenant application development.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
Approximately 10+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years of experience as a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer using cloud technologies.
AWS and/or Databricks certifications are a plus.
