You’ll combine personalized counseling with consultative sales to understand student aspirations and recommend relevant academic programs. The role involves managing leads from initial inquiry through application, enrollment, and confirmation. You’ll engage regularly with students and parents, building trust while clearly communicating program value, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll contribute directly to enrollment growth and monthly business targets. You’ll also maintain accurate CRM records, develop your prospect database, and stay informed about education and career trends. Accountabilities:
Provide personalized academic and career counseling to prospective students based on their aspirations, interests, eligibility, and career goals.
Respond to inquiries regarding courses, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, program structures, learning approaches, and potential career outcomes.
Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and career prospects of available academic programs.
Generate, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound cold calling, inbound inquiries, and systematic lead follow-up.
Convert qualified prospects into enrollments while consistently working toward and achieving monthly admission and sales targets.
Manage prospective student applications throughout the admissions journey and ensure timely completion of required steps and documentation.
