Ensure conversations are human centred, empathetic and outcome focused.
Standardise call flows,



language frameworks and coaching reduce variability.
Deliver structured voice training for new and existing colleagues.
Build capability in customer centric conversations through conversation framework.
Managing difficult/ emotional calls.
Call control and resolution.

Proven coaching and feedback capability that drives behavioural change.
