About the role:
We are looking for a Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure, Lead Specialist with hands-on experience in managing on-premises virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for supporting VMware, Hyper-V, Windows & Linux Server environments, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should possess robust troubleshooting skills and be capable of managing day-to-day infrastructure operations in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure
Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi Hosts, and vCenter environments.
Manage Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms and clusters.
Provision, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual machines.
Perform infrastructure patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of services.
Support hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure refresh activities.
Manage and support Azure and AWS cloud resources.
Provision and maintain Virtual Machines,



Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Backup Services.
Support cloud migration and hybrid connectivity initiatives.
Monitor cloud resource utilization and optimize costs.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure incidents and service issues.
Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
Work with Linux servers (RHEL/Ubuntu) for administration and troubleshooting.
Infrastructure Engineering & Automation
Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to implement resilient, secure, and standardized infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements.
