The HSE site leads role therefor requires developing an overall HSE strategy for the site and at the same time lead and provide expertise in the HSE function,



managing key KPIs and deliverables at an internal manufacturing site to foster world-class performance and a strong safety culture.
This role involves developing systems and skills for implementing HSE strategies, ensuring a protected, secure, and healthy work environment within the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Mondelez's global HSE management systems through the creation and execution of strategic initiatives, plans, and gap assessments.
Additionally, this role offers leadership and support in HSE for both plant operations and brownfield projects and contributes to driving operational governance and management systems at the site.
