You will work across API, regression, multilingual, and AI-output testing to ensure reliable and consistent product experiences. Accountabilities
Own quality assurance activities across the platform, covering retrieval accuracy, relevance, multilingual outputs,



APIs, integrations, and regression scenarios.
Define test strategies and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Business Analysts and engineering stakeholders.
Validate AI-driven and RAG/LLM outputs for accuracy, consistency, and relevance across supported use cases.
Perform multilingual testing and validate outputs across German, Italian, French, and Dutch environments.
Conduct API contract testing using Postman and REST-based testing tools for platform consumers and integrations.
Verify synchronization and writeback processes, including versioning and deprecation handling.
Maintain regression coverage for agent-facing functionality and ensure critical workflows remain secure.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate QA activities into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing efficiency.
