The overarching objective of this role is to ensure that schools continue to partner with Oxford University Press and grow their engagement by consistently experiencing value from our products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting schools with the academic implementation of blended learning products through a combination of onsite and virtual engagement.• Delivering all planned academic interventions throughout the year, including training sessions, classroom observations, workshops, and support activities, with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.• Acting as a key point of contact for schools and ensuring prompt resolution of queries and concerns through the appropriate channels.• Working closely with state and regional teams to support customer retention, growth, and expansion initiatives across Bihar.• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prosp
