Quality Assurance Analyst II - IN
Perform QC/QA review of communications by sampling delivered communications, and review the content to ensure it was displayed correctly, and that all required information is included.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team processes who provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.
Manage assigned sample of cases to review and report findings, maintaining specified production/ efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable service quality metrics
Assist the development and updating of SOPs and Standard Work for lines of business in (business unit)
