Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian & CI/CD Platform Administrator to manage, enhance, and support enterprise DevSecOps platforms including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, ScriptRunner, and Open Source Jenkins. The role involves platform administration, automation development, integration engineering, performance tuning, security compliance, upgrade management, and custom solution development using Python, Shell Scripting, and Java.
Key Responsibilities:
Atlassian Platform Administration
Administer and support Atlassian Data Center applications:
Jira
Confluence
Bitbucket
Manage projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, spaces, repositories, and user access.




Configure and maintain high availability, performance, and scalability.
Perform platform upgrades, migrations, patching, and CVE remediation.
Manage integrations with enterprise tools and SDLC platforms.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database-related issues.
Implement security controls and governance policies.
ScriptRunner SME
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ScriptRunner across:
Jira
Confluence
Bitbucket
Develop and maintain:
Groovy scripts
Workflow validators
Post-functions
Event listeners
REST endpoints
Scheduled jobs
Custom automation solutions
Optimize business processes through automation.
Support enterprise-wide ScriptRunner implementations and best practices.
Review and govern custom scripts for performance and security.
Jenkins Administration
Administer and support Open Source Jenkins platforms.
