The Role

We're looking for a technically solid Senior Software Engineer to join Fulcrum Digital's engineering team on one of our top client engagements — a global leader in payments technology whose platforms help business users everywhere make faster, smarter, data-driven decisions. You'll be at the center of financial services innovation, helping reimagine how mission-critical, cloud-native systems scale to serve some of the world's biggest markets. Based in Dublin,

You'll help shape system architecture and non-functional requirements, including scalability, performance, security, and reliability, for platforms that businesses across the globe depend on. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges, lead team-level design, and ship scalable services, APIs, and analytics-driven capabilities using Java, Databricks, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies. It's a small, agile, high-trust team, where every engineer owns outcomes end-to-end, from ideation through production.
