Job Description – Product Owner (L4)Role OverviewThe Product Owner (L4) is responsible for defining, prioritising, and delivering features for an enterprise-scale SaaS product built on Microsoft Azure. The role owns the product backlog, aligns business and customer requirements into a clear product roadmap, and works closely with engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver releases efficiently.This position requires strong decision-making capability, customer orientation, and technical understanding of cloud-based, API-driven, and enterprise-integrated applications.Key Responsibilities1. Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap•Define and maintain the product vision and short-term & long-term product roadmap.•Convert business goals, market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback into actionable product plans.•Work closely with leadership, architects, and stakeholders to ensure roadmap alignment with business objectives.•Identify opportunities for recent features, enhancements, or technical improvements.2. Backlog, Ownership & Prioritisation•Own, structure,



and continuously refine the product backlog.•Prioritise epics, features, stories based on business value, ROI, compliance, technical feasibility, and resource capacity.•Make daily decisions required by the development team to remove ambiguity and ensure sprint progress.•Balance product roadmap items with customer customisations and change requests.3.
