Job Summary:
Supports the execution of designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring procurement capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective connecting the physical and digital world’s of Caterpillar’s supply ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
• Leads sustainable process improvement by diagnosing and addressing root cause issues within complex business processes using Lean, 6 Sigma and project management methodologies and tools, such as transactional value stream maps and root cause analysis.




• Designs and develops cutting-edge solutions and automation capability by collaborating with senior stakeholders, business partners, domain knowledge SME's and digital resources. Prepares and drives implementation plans for successful deployment.
• Contributes to strategic initiatives such as the development of standardized best practices, offerings, services, and development of associated tools and training.
• Drives end-to-end work migrations establishing sustainable operating models and accelerating value realization.
• Serves as the lead technical representative for a respective discipline and will work directly with a wide range of global procurement and enterprise representatives, including presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
