Job Overview:
As a Senior Analyst, Cyber Security Operations, you will play a critical role in safeguarding LPL Financial Corp's digital assets and infrastructure. This position involves advanced threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement of security operations to protect against evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced analysis of security events and alerts from various security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, etc.) to identify, investigate,



and respond to potential security incidents.
Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify advanced persistent threats (APTs) and sophisticated attack techniques targeting LPL Financial Corp.
Develop, implement, and maintain security monitoring use cases, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance detection and response capabilities.
Participate in vulnerability management activities, including scanning, analysis, prioritization, and tracking remediation efforts.
Evaluate and recommend current security technologies and tools to improve the overall security posture and operational efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the Cyber Security Operations team.
