DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As the Technical Manager, you will:




Lead the HPE technical/pre-sales team and manage resource allocation across customer opportunities and projects.
Provide technical leadership for HPE Aruba Networking, switching, wireless, security, data center and related solutions.
Manage pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation and Professional Services activities.
Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop recent HPE business and PS opportunities.
Lead customer discussions, technical presentations, workshops and solution demonstrations.
Review and approve HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses and SOWs.
Support network assessment, migration, deployment, integration and optimization projects.
Build strong relationships with HPE/OEM teams, customers, partners and internal sales teams.
Manage technical escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Drive Professional Services revenue through implementation, migration, consulting, training and managed services.
