What You Will Do *
As a Quality Control Specialist – CORE Quality Cell, you will drive the deployment, governance, and sustainment of RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence)



quality practices across Customer Programs, Product Data Business functions. You will enable Built-in Quality, standardization, and defect prevention across value streams while strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.
You will:
Own and deploy the CORE Quality framework across Business functions, ensuring alignment to RTX CORE principles and business process compliance.
Partner with functional leaders (Customer Programs, Product Data) to identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and data integrity issues, and implement data-driven improvement solutions.
Drive Defect Prevention by identifying systemic issues, recurring defects, and process inefficiencies using CORE tools such as Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) and Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
Establish and standardize Quality Gates, Control Plans, and Validation Checkpoints across key processes to ensure consistent output quality.
