This is a fully remote role working North American (Pacific Time) business hours.

About the role
This is a hunter role. You will make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to importers and exporters to book qualified appointments, and you will also work inbound freight quote requests - qualifying, quoting, following up, and closing new accounts. If you can pick up the phone all day, handle rejection well, and consistently book meetings, you will thrive here. Responsibilities
Make consistent outbound calls and emails to prospective importers and exporters to book appointments




- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound freight quote requests
- Qualify prospects: lanes, volumes, timelines, and decision-makers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations with our operations team until closed
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive) and hit daily call and weekly meeting targets
Qualifications
1-3+ years of outbound sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B tele-sales
- Freight forwarding or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident and persistent on the phone with North American businesses
- Ability to work North American Pacific Time business hours consistently (a permanent night shift for candidates based in Asia)
