The position combines analytical work, policy interpretation, market benchmarking, and practical problem-solving. You’ll work with compensation data, job classifications, salary structures, and regulatory requirements to support informed business decisions. Accountabilities:
Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies, programs, guidelines, and practices.
Review and audit jobs to evaluate responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements, ensuring job descriptions accurately reflect the work performed.
Develop, coordinate, or participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to assess competitive salary positioning.
Review proposed salary adjustments to ensure alignment with established compensation guidelines, policies, internal equity, and market practices.
Investigate compensation-related issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions or alternative solutions.
Evaluate requests for new or revised job classifications and recommend appropriate salary grades and levels.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of salary structures, compensation frameworks
