KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financial modules combined with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and implementing Oracle Financial solutions while bridging the gap between business finance users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting departments and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions
Configure, support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Financial modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management (CM)
iExpenses
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Finance and Accounting stakeholders
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Fit-Gap Analysis, and Solution Design Documents
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Ensure Oracle EBS Financial solutions comply with banking regulations, audit requirements,



and financial reporting standards
Provide functional support, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle EBS Financial applications
Work closely with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows
Support Oracle EBS integrations with banking systems and third-party applications
Analyze and resolve system performance and data-related issues
Participate in system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Oracle Financial solutions
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and optimize Oracle EBS functionality
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience in Oracle EBS Financials or related Oracle ERP environments
Robust functional experience with Oracle EBS Financial
