The role involves working primarily with Whats App Business API, SMS and RCS platforms. What You Will Do: Conduct product demos for prospective clients. Onboard new clients and guide them through the platform. Provide technical support to existing clients. Understand and assist with API integrations. Help clients with API documentation, testing and troubleshooting. Create and configure Whats App chatbots and workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to Whats App, SMS and RCS. Coordinate with internal technical teams when required. Explain technical processes clearly to clients who may not have a technical background. What We Are Looking For:1–2+ years of relevant experience in the CPaa S industry.



Hands-on experience with Whats App Business API, SMS and/or RCS platforms. Valuable understanding of API integration and APIs in general. Experience with chatbot creation/configuration and workflows. Comfortable conducting product demos and client onboarding. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
