Role Description The Video Editor role at Llama Creatives is a full-time position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw video footage into polished content, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and graphic elements to enhance storytelling.

The Video

Editor will collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, and copywriters to align video deliverables with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Additional tasks may involve organizing media assets, maintaining project timelines,



exporting files in appropriate formats, and contributing ideas for visual concepts and content improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and create mood and tone aligned with campaign goals.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance visual impact and brand storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design basics, and visual composition for digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid team setting.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong portfolio showcasing prior video work.
