Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor & Motion Designer who can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, AI-powered video creation, and creative direction.

You should be someone who doesn't just edit videos, but can think creatively, understand the objective behind a piece of content, and bring an idea to life visually.

Requirements:

- Qualification: A degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required. A strong portfolio and relevant experience will be given greater weight.

Responsibilities:

- Edit and produce high-quality brand films, social media videos, reels, campaigns, corporate videos, explainers, and motion graphics.
- Create engaging 2D/3D motion graphics, typography animations, transitions, visual effects, and compositing.
- Translate creative concepts and scripts into strong visual narratives.
- Develop creative video treatments and suggest new visual approaches.
- Work closely with the creative, content, marketing, and design teams.




- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh visual styles.
- Handle projects from concept → storyboard → editing → motion design → final output.
- Explore and implement AI tools for video generation, image generation, animation, voice, and post-production.
- Create effective AI prompts for generating videos, visuals, animations, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video tools, editing techniques, motion trends, and content formats.
- Coordinate with the photographer and videographer as per the content team's requirements.

- Strong understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.

- AI-generated video/visual work
- Before/after or process work, where relevant

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
