Role Description The Video Editor role at Kavisha is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content, and applying visual enhancements that align with the brand’s creative direction and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing media assets, performing color grading, adding motion graphics and titles, and preparing videos optimized for various digital platforms and presentations. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, design, and project teams to understand storytelling goals, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished videos within agreed timelines.

Editor is expected to maintain consistency in style and quality across all visual content and stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to manage projects from raw footage to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel of project videos.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand communication.
- Experience using industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
- Valuable understanding of composition, pacing, sound synchronization, and basic audio cleanup for video content.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field; prior experience in real estate or marketing content is an advantage.

Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: Any Graduate (Media/Animation preferred)

Portfolio: Candidates must share a showreel or portfolio showcasing video editing, animation, and AI-generated work. Portfolio is mandatory.
