Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

The role will involve editing both short-form and long-form videos, creating motion-led product creatives, and transforming static designs into engaging animated content. The Video Editor will also contribute to pacing, storytelling, visual quality, and the development of efficient creative workflows.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys editing, motion graphics, experimenting with new tools, and finding better ways to create content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing with the ability to edit both short-form and long-form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for timeline editing, pacing, storytelling, sound design, colour correction, subtitles, and post-production.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including keyframe animation, Graph Editor, easing, interpolation, motion graphics, transitions, kinetic typography, text animation, and basic compositing.
- Ability to take static designs, separate them into layers, and transform them into engaging motion creatives.
- Basic to good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for creating, modifying, cleaning up, and preparing assets for video and motion graphics.
- Experience with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and animated design elements.
- Good understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and content best practices for Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of what makes content engaging.
- Comfortable working in a high-output, fast-paced creative environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams.
- AI-assisted creative workflows are very important. Familiarity with tools such as Magnific, Higgsfield, InVideo, Kling, Nano Banana, GPT-based tools, or other AI image/video generation platforms is a solid advantage.
- Ability to experiment with AI tools while maintaining product accuracy and visual consistency, without unintentionally altering or deforming products.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new editing tools, plugins, presets, scripts, and creative workflows.
- Candidates with strong hands-on skills and an impressive portfolio are welcome, regardless of years of experience.
