Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Guntur West.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing podcast video episodes, assembling raw footage, adding transitions, titles, and graphics, and ensuring a cohesive narrative and visual style. Day-to-day tasks include selecting the best shots, synchronizing audio and video, color grading, and preparing content for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to maintain brand consistency, implementing feedback,



and meeting publishing deadlines.

The Video

Editor will help refine the visual identity of Intalks Podcast and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall viewer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills for titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail, with the ability to work from podcast scripts or interview outlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Guntur West, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in editing talk shows, interviews, or podcast-style content is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial, but demonstrated portfolio work is highly valued.
