Position Overview

INCL Media is looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor to join our team for a Ministry of Defence project. The selected candidate will be deployed at the client’s premises and will be responsible for video editing, visual content creation, and photography-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for official, digital, social media, and project-related communication.
- Handle the complete video editing process, including cutting, sequencing, transitions, audio, colour correction, and final output.
- Create engaging video content according to client and project requirements.
- Work with raw footage, photographs, graphics, audio, and other visual assets.
- Ensure videos meet required quality, format, branding, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams to develop effective visual stories.
- Handle revisions and incorporate feedback within project timelines.
- Support photography requirements, including capturing and managing photographs when required.
- Organise and maintain video, photo, and other digital media assets.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant qualified experience as a Video Editor,



in addition to the required educational qualification.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognised institution, with a regular degree being mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in professional video editing tools and software.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including relevant video and post-production applications.
- Good understanding of video editing techniques, colour correction, audio editing, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge and practical experience in photography.
- Ability to operate cameras and understand basic camera settings, framing, lighting, and composition.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver work within deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at the client location.
