We make it easy for people to take control of their gut health at home, starting with fermentation kits that let customers make their own probiotics from scratch.

The Role

We need a Video Editor who can hit the ground running. You'll edit paid video ads and organic short-form content, and learn AI video-generation tools that most editors haven't touched yet. This is an in-office role in Gandhinagar — you'll work closely with the founders, get fast feedback, and see your work ship from week one.

What You'll Do

- Edit paid video ads optimised for performance — tight, punchy, conversion-focused.
- Create organic short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and similar platforms.
- Develop a feel for hooks, pacing, and retention — what makes someone stop scrolling and keep watching.




- Learn and use AI video-generation tools through hands-on experimentation.
- Turn feedback into better work, fast — and keep a tight turnaround so creative keeps flowing.
- Own your projects from brief to final delivery.

Tools

- Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- No experience with AI video tools? That's fine — but you need to be willing to learn properly, not superficially.

Nice to Have (not required)

- Motion graphics and basic sound design.
- An eye for performance — hooks, retention, and what makes an ad actually convert.
- Experience editing for D2C / e-commerce brands or paid social.
- Comfort shooting basic footage when a quick capture is needed.
