Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Video Editor/Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The role involves editing and producing video content for social media campaigns, including cutting footage, adding transitions, sound, and color grading to match brand guidelines.

The Video

Editor/Graphic Designer will create motion graphics, animated elements, and static designs such as thumbnails, social posts, and ad creatives. Daily tasks include collaborating with the social media and marketing teams to understand project briefs, adapting content for different platforms, maintaining organised asset libraries, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements. The role also includes contributing creative ideas,



staying updated on design and video trends, and optimising content for performance and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual aesthetics.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and Graphics for social campaigns, ads, and brand assets.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content on tight timelines.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Noida as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant education or training in film, design, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
