Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune District.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing educational and promotional video content, assembling raw footage, organizing assets, and maintaining visual consistency across projects. Daily tasks include applying transitions, effects, and color grading, creating motion graphics elements, and incorporating branding guidelines to produce high-quality training materials and marketing videos. The role involves close collaboration with trainers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand content requirements, refine storylines, and deliver videos on schedule.

Editor will also help manage media libraries, optimize videos for digital platforms, and ensure that all output meets institutional and technical standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, understanding shot composition, and working with raw footage.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard editing tools and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual quality, maintain consistency, and support the intended tone of each project.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create intros, outros, overlays, and other visual elements that enhance learning and engagement.
- Experience with major video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is highly beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand and style guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced training setting.
- Relevant formal education in film, media, design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in video editing and production.
