About the Role

We’re hiring a Video Editor who understands attention .

This is not a “cut–trim–export” role.

This role is for someone who knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds , retain attention, and turn raw footage into high-impact content that performs .

You’ll work on short-form, long-form, ads, reels, YouTube, and brand videos —content that is seen by thousands and influences real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads)
- Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars, interviews)
- Add subtitles, motion elements, transitions, sound design, and pacing
- Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-retention videos
- Collaborate with marketing & content teams on scripts and structure
- Optimize videos for different platforms (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Maintain consistent visual and editing style across brands

What We’re Looking For




- Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects
- Clear understanding of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and hooks
- Experience with short-form content editing
- Ability to follow brand tone and platform-specific styles
- Strong attention to detail (cuts, captions, audio levels, timing)
- Can handle feedback, revisions, and quick turnaround times

You’ll Stand Out If You
- Understand retention graphs, watch time, and engagement
- Can suggest better hooks, cut points, or formats
- Have edited for creators, real estate, finance, or digital brands
- Are comfortable with fast-paced, high-output environments
- Can show before–after edits or performance-driven work
