About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Cinematographer & Video Editor to join our team on a full time, on site basis. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera and on the editing timeline , with a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and pacing.

You will be responsible for handling video production from shooting to final edit across social media content, brand videos, advertisements, interviews, reels, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute qualified video shoots
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and gimbals
- Create cinematic shots with strong composition, framing, and camera movement
- Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into engaging visuals
- Shoot Reels, brand content, interviews, product videos, and promotional content
- Edit short form and long form videos for social media and digital platforms
- Handle cuts, transitions, sound design, music, captions, and basic motion graphics
- Perform colour correction and basic colour grading
- Create platform specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Organise and manage raw footage and project files efficiently




- Work closely with the creative and content team to execute concepts
- Take ownership of projects from shoot to final delivery
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and content formats

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in cinematography and video editing
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and composition

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus

- Experience with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, and lighting equipment
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and editing
- Good sense of pacing, music, sound design, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A strong portfolio or showreel is required
