? What You’ll Be Doing
- The Hooks: Spearhead post-production for high-retention short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- The Story: Craft engaging narrative arcs for long-form videos (YouTube, Podcasts, and on-set Behind-the-Scenes).
- The Polish: Elevate raw footage with slick motion graphics, dynamic typography, sound design, and color grading.
- The Strategy: Collaborate directly with our team to align edits with current viral audio, platform trends, and creator branding.
?️ Your Arsenal (Software Skills)
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve .
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics are a major plus).
- Agility in CapCut Pro for rapid-turnaround, trend-based social edits.
- Bonus: Understanding of Marathi to help localize and optimize regional content.
