Role Description Video Editor role based in Bhilai.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the creative and production teams to assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for marketing, social media, and other distribution channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and cutting footage, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color corrections to ensure consistent visual style. The role also involves collaborating on motion graphics and basic graphic elements, maintaining project files and asset libraries, and meeting deadlines while adhering to brand and project guidelines.

Editor will participate in brainstorming sessions, provide creative input on story flow, and refine drafts based on feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent tone and visual quality across projects.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance video storytelling and branding.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and production teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Raipur on a full-time schedule.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not required; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is highly beneficial.
