As we continue to build our media operation, we are looking for a Video Editor who can help transform news stories, raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, and visual assets into polished, engaging, publication-ready video content.
Position
Job Title: Video Editor
Employment Type: Part-Time
Working Hours: 5 hours per day
Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Work Mode: Remote
Role Overview The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for Attlas Wire's digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, X, and other emerging media platforms .
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects , a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced media environment.
You will be expected to take content from the raw-production stage through to a professionally edited and publication-ready final product .
Key Responsibilities
- Edit breaking-news videos, daily news packages, explainers, interviews, and social-media content.
- Transform raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, images, and other assets into compelling news videos.
- Create professional news graphics, lower thirds, headlines, captions, maps, charts, timelines, and infographics.
- Develop motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
- Perform video cutting, sequencing, pacing, transitions, color correction, and audio mixing.
- Create content in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats .
- Adapt content for YouTube, Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and other platforms.
- Select and integrate relevant B-roll, archival footage, images, and supporting visuals.
- Maintain Attlas Wire's visual identity and production standards across all content.
- Ensure accurate placement of names, headlines, captions, graphics, and other editorial information.
- Work efficiently against fast publishing deadlines.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and creative teams.
- Use AI-assisted production tools where appropriate to improve speed and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and editing workflows.

- Capable of ensuring AI-assisted content looks natural, credible, and professionally produced .

Experience with AI video, image, voice, or creative-production tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional experience in video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects .
