Touchstone Infotech is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & AI Video Creator with at least 2 years of qualified experience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging Reels, short-form videos, performance ad creatives, social media videos and AI-generated video content.

We are looking for someone who can take a concept, script or raw footage and independently turn it into engaging, platform-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos
- Create engaging Meta Ads and social media video creatives
- Edit talking-head, educational, promotional and brand videos
- Turn scripts and concepts into finished videos
- Create AI-generated images, videos, B-roll and other creative assets
- Use AI tools to improve video production speed and creative possibilities
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, B-roll, music and sound effects
- Create strong hooks and visually engaging openings for short-form content
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form videos
- Resize and adapt videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and advertising platforms
- Work with the marketing and social media teams to execute content briefs
- Manage multiple client projects and meet production deadlines
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
- Keep up with current social media, editing and AI-content trends

Required Skills Candidate should have strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut or similar short-form editing tools
- Motion graphics and animated text
- Sound design and basic audio editing




- Colour correction and grading
- Reels/Shorts editing
- Performance marketing/ad creative editing
- AI-assisted image and video creation
- AI prompting for creative production

Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen or similar platforms is preferred. We don't expect candidates to know every AI platform, but they should be comfortable learning and experimenting with new AI creative tools quickly.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work
- Good understanding of social-media content
- Strong visual storytelling and creative sense
- Understanding of hooks, pacing and audience retention
- Ability to select appropriate B-roll, music and visual elements
- Ability to work independently from a creative brief
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and workflows
- Understanding of digital marketing and performance ads will be an advantage
