Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role located in Dwarka.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into engaging learning and promotional content, ensuring smooth transitions, coherent storytelling, and alignment with AEERO Academy’s brand and educational objectives. Daily tasks include organizing and managing video assets, adding graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music, and optimizing video formats for various digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with trainers, researchers, and marketing team members to understand content requirements, refine scripts,



and incorporate feedback.

Editor will also assist in maintaining consistent visual standards, meeting production timelines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the impact of educational and outreach materials.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to work with motion graphics and basic visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar tools).
- Valuable understanding of audio editing, sound mixing, and syncing voiceovers with visual content.
- Experience optimizing video for web, social media, and e-learning platforms.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a strong sense of pacing and composition.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in educational, training, or non-profit content creation is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Dwarka and willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.
