Role Description The Video Editor role at Acme Creations is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Video Editor will edit raw footage into polished videos for events, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and cutting footage, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating audio elements.

Editor will collaborate with producers, event managers, and designers to develop visual narratives, create motion graphics, and prepare final deliverables in required formats.



The role also involves maintaining project files, managing version control, and meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Solid video production and video editing skills, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in video color grading and basic color correction to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics for event promos, highlight reels, and social media content.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of pacing and composition.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work is essential.
- Familiarity with event-related content, social media formats, and basic audio editing will be an advantage.
