About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editing & Graphic Design Trainer who can train, guide, and upskill our creative team in modern video editing and graphic design tools and workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical industry experience and the ability to teach concepts in a straightforward, hands-on manner, understand the team's existing skill gaps, and help employees improve the quality, speed, creativity, and efficiency of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular online/offline training sessions for employees on video editing and graphic design.
- Train employees on industry-relevant tools, software, AI tools, and creative workflows.
- Provide practical, hands-on guidance using real agency/client projects wherever appropriate.
- Review employees' work and provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Help the team understand professional editing, design, composition, typography, storytelling, transitions, motion graphics, colour grading, and visual consistency.
- Guide employees on creating social media reels, promotional videos, ads, brand creatives, thumbnails, posts, and other digital content.
- Teach efficient workflows, shortcuts, templates, plugins, presets, and productivity techniques.
- Identify individual skill gaps and recommend areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with latest AI-powered creative tools and emerging industry trends.
- Guide employees on how to use AI tools effectively without compromising creativity or brand quality.
- Conduct practical assignments/exercises and assess progress.




- Work closely with the creative/management team to understand current requirements and design training accordingly.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and troubleshooting support whenever required.

The trainer does not necessarily need to be an expert in every tool listed above, but should have strong expertise in core video editing/design tools and be comfortable adapting to new technologies.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5+ years of practical experience in video editing, graphic design,



motion graphics, or creative production.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of professional editing/design software.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency, creative agency, production house, or similar environment will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media content and current creative trends.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating quality video and graphic work.
- Ability to mentor both beginner and intermediate-level employees.
- Should be proactive, creative, patient, and solution-oriented.

What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only conducts theoretical classes. We need a practical industry professional/mentor who can work with our team, review their actual work, identify mistakes, demonstrate better techniques, and help them produce better-quality output.

Engagement Model

Freelance:

- Scheduled training sessions on a weekly basis
- Project/work review and mentoring
- Flexible engagement based on business requirements

Hybrid:

- Combination of in-office and online training
- Regular practical sessions with the creative team
- Ongoing mentoring and work reviews

Ideal Commitment: 2–3 sessions per week initially, with flexibility based on team requirements and performance. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
