Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Content Creator based in Hyderabad.

The Video Content

Creator will plan, script, shoot, and edit video content that communicates CropWings’ mission, services, and impact across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include recording field operations and drone activities, capturing interviews and testimonials, and producing educational and marketing videos tailored for farmers, partners, and internal stakeholders.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop video concepts, maintaining a consistent visual style, optimizing content for social media platforms, and managing video assets and archives.

The Video Content

Creator will also analyze performance metrics to refine content, ensure brand-aligned storytelling, and support campaign launches and product updates with compelling video material.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio capture
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation (e.g., After Effects or comparable tools)
- Ability to develop storyboards, write scripts, and structure engaging visual narratives
- Knowledge of social media formats and best practices for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Comfort with on-site field work, including travel to agricultural locations and outdoor filming
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with agriculture or drone technology is an advantage but not mandatory
- Relevant degree or certification in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
