Job Location - different parts of Tamil Nadu like vellore, Salem, Pudukottai etc A school vice principal helps the principal manage daily school operations, oversee student discipline, and support teachers.Key Responsibilities

- Student Management: Handle student behavior, attendance rules, and conflict resolution.
- Staff Support: Assist in hiring, mentoring, and evaluating teachers.
- Daily Operations: Arrange substitute teachers, plan school timetables, and monitor exams.
- Communication: Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Leadership: Take charge of the school and run meetings when the principal is absent.

Job Requirements
- Education: A master’s degree in education or a related leadership field.
- Experience: Several years of teaching and prior administrative or leadership experience.
- Skills: Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
