Vice President (VP) – Operations

Role Overview :-

Lead end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations while driving operational excellence, profitability, scalability, and customer experience across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and Transportation operations.

- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

- Own operational P&L;, cost optimization, productivity, and service quality.

- Scale multi-city operations while improving SLAs, delivery performance, and fleet utilization.

- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Sales, and HR teams.

- Drive network expansion, capacity planning, operational analytics, and continuous process improvements.





- Build and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring governance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Experience

- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Marketplace Operations.

- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
