Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This role leads operations strategy, designs and implements processes, and ensures alignment with company goals and financial targets, including P&L; accountability. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing operations teams, monitoring KPIs, optimizing workflows, and driving initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic planning,



resource allocation, and project execution. The role also involves mentoring managers, strengthening governance and compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of optimizing processes and leading large, multi-functional teams.
- Proficiency in P&L; Management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis.
- Experience in Customer Service leadership, ensuring high service standards, customer satisfaction, and effective issue resolution.
- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, including setting operational priorities, defining roadmaps, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Solid Project Management skills, with experience overseeing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior operations role, ideally at the Director or Vice President level, in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
