We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP – Product to lead product vision, strategy and execution for AI-driven enterprise products. The role will focus on building scalable products, driving innovation, customer adoption and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Lead AI-first product innovation and transformation.
- Build and scale B2B SaaS, AI, Data and Analytics products.
- Drive product discovery, customer insights and product-market fit.
- Own product roadmap, prioritization and execution.
- Lead and develop high-performing product teams.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Drive product adoption, monetization and revenue growth.




- Establish product KPIs and data-driven decision-making.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of overall experience with 7+ years in product leadership.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise SaaS, AI, Data or Analytics products.
- Experience managing and scaling multi-product portfolios.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling from 1→N.
- Robust understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and AI-powered products.
- Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
