We are looking for a Frontend-focused AVP Engineering leader to drive architecture, engineering excellence, and delivery of scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on with contemporary frontend technologies while leading multiple engineering teams and partnering closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead frontend architecture and technical strategy
- Build and scale high-performance React-based applications
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
- Lead, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Frontend Engineers
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple frontend teams
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences

Required Skills

- 10–15 years of software engineering experience,



including 5+ years in engineering leadership

• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 and modern frontend architecture

• Experience with Micro Frontends, Design Systems, REST APIs/GraphQL, CI/CD, and Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Proven experience building scalable, high-traffic consumer or enterprise applications
- Strong people management, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Preferred Background

Candidates from product-based companies , particularly across Gaming, FinTech, E-commerce, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or OTT , with experience leading 20+ engineers and driving frontend engineering at scale.
