The firm works closely with corporates, promoters, investors, and financial sponsors, combining deep sector expertise with execution-focused advisory capabilities across domestic and cross-border opportunities.

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A; and capital raising transactions.

- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.

- Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring.

- Drive preparation of pitches, marketing materials, and investor outreach.





- Coordinate due diligence and negotiation processes across stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

- The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in investment banking, with strong financial modeling and valuation skills, sector knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

- They should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
