Objective To manage vendor registrations, renewals, tender-related activities, online bidding, client portals, statutory/commercial documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth participation in government and private-sector business opportunities.

Job Title - Executive – Vendor Registration & Tender

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage vendor registrations with public and private-sector organisations, both online and offline.
- Handle renewal of vendor registrations , particularly for public-sector organisations.
- Manage BIS portal activities , including:
- Production data updation
- Consignee updation
- Annual renewal of licences
- Procure and renew Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) .




- Manage procurement and renewal of various online subscriptions and memberships .
- Coordinate activities related to agreements, declarations and Code of Conduct .
- Manage supplier survey and supplier feedback processes.
- Maintain and regularly update company databases, registrations, certificates and important documents .
- Support the Sales/Commercial team in GeM and Non-GeM tender participation .
- Handle online tender submission and bidding activities .
- Coordinate and participate in online auctions with clients .
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain a proper tracker for registrations, renewals, licences, certificates, tenders and subscriptions .
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Technical, QA/QC and Management for required documents.
- Follow up with government departments, PSUs, private companies and portal authorities for registration and approval-related matters.

Basic Qualification

Graduate Mandatory

3-4 Years of experience in Registration, Tendering , E-Bidding

Skills Sets

- Good knowledge of GeM and government tender processes .
- Experience with online tender portals and e-bidding .
- Knowledge of vendor registration and renewal procedures .
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
