Job Summary The Vehicle Yard Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of Yard operations, maintaining accurate vehicle records, coordinating charging infrastructure, and supporting seamless collaboration between the operations and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Yard infrastructure to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workingenvironment.

- Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing vehicles in the Yard logbook/system.

- Maintain accurate records of driver visits and vehicle movements.

- Ensure charging infrastructure is efficiently utilized and charging slots are available for operational requirements.

- Coordinate with the Operations and Service teams to facilitate smooth vehicle movement and timely issue resolution.





- Monitor Yard activities and ensure compliance with operational processes and safety standards.

- Support inventory and vehicle tracking activities as required.

- Prepare and maintain daily operational records and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.

- 0 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet management, or related operations.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record-keeping.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
