Vehicle Integration – Underbody

- Responsible for vehicle-level integration of underbody systems and components.

- Work on integration of front/rear subframes, suspension, steering, exhaust, fuel system, EV battery/underbody shields, brake lines, fuel lines, and underbody covers.

- Perform packaging, clearance, interface, and CAD/DMU checks.

- Coordinate with Chassis, Powertrain, Body, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.

- Resolve fitment, clash, clearance, NVH, thermal, and assembly issues.

- Support vehicle build, testing, validation, engineering changes, and issue closure.

- Ensure design, safety, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are achieved.
